Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at KIPP DC! The open enrollment process for the 2013-2014 school year will begin on January 7th and last through March 15th. The lottery will be held on March 22, 2013.

Visit KIPP DC and learn more about enrolling your child at one of our schools! This winter and spring, KIPP DC’s four campuses will host information sessions for parents to tour KIPP DC facilities and speak directly with principals about our schools. RSVPs are required, and we hope to see you soon!

KIPP DC schools are free, open enrollment, public schools for District of Columbia children who meet our age requirements. Open enrollment for the 2012-2013 school year begins January 2013 and closes on March 15, 2013. If the number of applications exceeds the number of spaces available, a lottery is held to determine the order in which students are offered seats. Per the District of Columbia School Reform Act, siblings of current KIPP DC students receive preference in the lottery should they apply during the open enrollment period. Students applying after March 15, 2013 will be added to the wait list on a first-come first-served basis.
