Kristen Porter

Kristen Porter is KEY Academy's seventh grade science teacher and school social worker. Ms. Porter joined KEY in 2004 from Mansfield School District in Massachusetts where she served as an 8th grade science teacher. She also worked as a teaching assistant for adolescent development at Boston University. Ms. Porter served two summers as Head of Girls for Camp Nashoba North in Raymond, Maine. She also served as a Community Educator and Macro Social Work Intern for J.R. Lowell Elementary School for the Watertown School District in Massachusetts. Ms. Porter earned a B.S. in biology from Bates University and a M.Ed. in policy, planning, and administration, concentrating in community agency educational administration as well as a masters degree in social work from Boston University.
