This past Saturday, KIPP DC parent Veda Rashee along with many other community partners hosted the second annual Increase the Peace Rally at our Benning Campus.
The rally and parade began at KIPP DC Benning Campus and moved through Ward 7 to the Boys and Girls Clubhouse #14. Participants brought signs and memorabilia, and made their voices heard with homemade chants and performances. In total about 200+ community members joined us and rallied for an end to violence in our community.
