Jenna Wiederhold, a speech language pathologist at KIPP DC Public Schools, is running the 2022 Boston Marathon and raising funds to support her students at Lead Academy.
“Life is all about experiences. Experiences are how we learn, grow, connect, and discover our true selves. I am running the 2022 Boston Marathon to expand and enhance Lead Academy students’ experiences. Such opportunities include virtual and in-person field trips, guest speakers, and providing additional hands-on opportunities in and outside the classroom. These experiences will allow my students to continue to dream big and feel empowered on their educational journey.” -Jenna Wiederhold
