Capital Teaching Residents
The Capital Teaching Residency trains new teachers to maximize their impact inside early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school classrooms at KIPP DC Public Schools. With a full year of learning under a mentor teacher, unparalleled professional development, and a commitment to educational equity, the Capital Teaching Residency provides and alternative and accessible pathway to teaching careers.
