Technology supports for our students and families are critical to ensuring student success in the upcoming school year. We encourage families to attend our KIPP Conversations family workshop series that offers helpful tips to support remote learning success. Families, students, and staff will be provided free remote support. We will ensure 24 hour response time and 72 hour resolution window for students and families.

KIPP DC is providing on-site technology support for families two days a week at each KIPP DC campus. Our technology team will be on-site to support student technology issues every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Families will still need to submit support tickets before coming to campus to receive in-person assistance.
