Gaelan Gallagher, Principal, KIPP DC College Preparatory

"I’m an athlete that also has dreams off the field of starting my own sport equipment business. Through our classes, workshops, and site visits the NAF Academy of Finance has helped established a foundation that I can use to launch my dreams."

Nayquan, KIPP DC College Preparatory '20

"There is no better feeling for me than seeing the look on a student’s face and the confidence they build for themselves when they can overcome a challenge or solve a problem that they were having trouble with."

Ms. Jade' Forde, Social Worker, KIPP DC College Preparatory

"For me, I love when my students feel comfortable being themselves with me. I want them to feel comfortable with who they are and who I am. When they are having fun and taking something away from my class, that’s when I know I’ve done my job."

Ms. Xenia Perry, 9th Grade Teacher, KIPP DC College Preparatory
